Title: Fractional Content Creator (Contract) Location: Remote USA Type: Fractional / Contract Compensation: Paid out on a monthly basis for booked sessions with Job Seekers on the Workaround Collective platform About us: The Workaround Collective is a mission-driven community helping job seekers get the real support they need to move forward — through mentorship, resources, and 1:1 guidance. We're building it from the ground up, and content is at the heart of it. The role: We're bringing on fractional content creators to help build our digital library from day one and connect directly with the people we serve. You'll create the resources job seekers actually need, and provide 1:1 sessions to help them put that guidance into practice. You also have the opportunity to build your brand by offering free small group discussions or webinars in our in-app virtual rooms. Tracks that we are hiring for: -Wellness (yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, nutrition, fitness, stress management) -Creativity (art, creative writing, music, creative arts for healing) -Entrepreneurialism (launching a business, building a personal brand, storytelling, content creation) -Career Coaching (navigating a job transition, landing your next job, mapping out your career comeback) -Training & Education (upskilling yourself for today's work, eg: AI tool training, developing necessary skills for your next job, language learning) What you'll do: - Create unique written, audio, video, and other media content for our digital library (eg: resume and interview guidance, career navigation, skill-building, stress management, healthy eating, and more) - Provide 1:1 sessions with job seekers to offer personalized support and feedback in your area of expertise - Help shape the voice and structure of a growing content library - Collaborate with our team to identify gaps and prioritize what to build next Who you are: - Experienced in career coaching, teaching, content creation, or a related field from the tracks listed - Experienced creating content for an online audience or learning platform - A clear, empathetic communicator — in writing, on camera, or both - Comfortable working independently and fractionally (a few hours a week to start, flexible) - Genuinely motivated by helping people find meaningful work by investing in their development and wellness - Familiarity with the challenges job seekers face today Details: - Fractional / contract, remote, flexible hours - Paid monthly for the job seeker sessions that are booked with you - 1x week digital content is contributed by you to the platform's digital library as a free resource for job seekers within the community Perks: - Fully remote - You set your hours and your booking rate - Create content and teach job seekers about a topic that you are passionate and knowledgeable in - Opportunity to grow with the Collective as we scale - Be part of something exciting, meaningful and is making a real difference in the lives of those in their job search journey
